Integrative Medicine supports health and well-being by combining conventional health knowledge with evidence-informed complementary approaches. Services focus on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress management and recovery, resilience, chronic pain/illness management and recovery, and creating vital health. Sandi’s Integrative Medicine approach is Indigenous-informed, meaning she integrates her Indigenous Medicine teachings into the information and practices she shares, as well as the programs she co-creatively develops with you. Thus, she also provides ethno-nutrition and ethno-botany support, meaning culturally relevant practices and preparation of foods and plants.
Integrative Medicine services are offered as adjunctive support and do not replace care provided by your primary allopathic (western) medical practitioner. If your medical providers, or other support on your healthcare team are willing to communicate/work with Sandi, with your permission, she is willing to communicate/work with them also.
Epigenetic Cell Wellness testing is a part of the Integrative Medicine offerings. If interested in this, please go to the page on this website
A Reminder: Integrative medicine sessions do not provide medical diagnosis, nor do they replace medical (allopathic) treatment. They are adjunctive, or work well with/alongside other medical and therapeutic treatments.
