Sound Healing
Sound Healing
Coverage: ![]()
Sound healing is an Ancient healing practice of vibrational healing, adapted to current society, using vibrations from instruments (including voice) to promote a movement of energy, deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall well-being. It may affect the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual (energetic) levels of one’s being through resonance. It is a passive therapy, involving lying down or sitting in a relaxed position, where one can allow the vibrations to move through and around their being.
Core concepts of sound healing include:
• A specific methodology and process (Ancient traditions)
• The production and use of vibrational resonance through musical instruments, including voice
• Uses the principle of harmonic resonance (physics) to evoke a sound vibration, thus encouraging a shift to that same vibration within and surround the person.
• The session itself is a passive experience – the person receiving the resonance – without the need for verbal processing/exchange.
• As needed, the person is assisted following treatment, with verbal or other exchange, to facilitate a full integration and processing of the energies received.
The tools Sandi uses include and are not limited to: voice, tuning forks, frame drum, wooden flute, tongue drum, chimes, pure frequencies.
Sandi has been playing music for over 50 years. She has been using music and sound for healing sessions for over 35years.
If you have already booked an Osteopathic or Integrative Medicine Intake session you are able to directly book a bio-energetic healing session of the length you would like.
