IN-PERSON PROGRAMMING
COMING SOON
Food as Medicine for Vital Health starting late April 2026
An 8-part Seasonal Journey through Culture, Science and Sacred Nourishment
This will be an 8month education and culinary journey, exploring the intersection of global and
North American Indigenous land-based wisdom, ethno-nutrition, ethnobotany and evidence
based integrative medicine nutrition. Occurring once each month, April through November
2026, each session will include: 1 hour immersive teaching, a medicinal seasonal meal (plant-
based or meat option), a fresh pressed juice and an herbal tea. There will be time allowed for
community dialogue.
Rooted in science. Guided by ancestry. Designed for whole-body vitality.
This is not a diet program. This is sacred nourishment as reclamation of our selves, our body and
our understanding of our connection to food, land and community.
Public release of information and pricing will occur the beginning of March 2026. If you are
interested in saving a seat for one month or the whole program – please reach out to Sandi
through the contact section.

Background
Sandi has a long life of teaching and sharing health information in a variety of settings:
individually, small groups, large groups; young students, teenagers and university students;
fulfilling specific community needs – educational institutions, corporations, organizations;
building and designing courses and workshops; special occasion, workshop and retreat settings.
Sandi’s specialty niche is to design the perfect content for the needs of the group.
During Sandi’s spiritual sabbatical, she limited teaching to one-one-one in clinic setting and to
speaking at high schools on Global Indigenous Viewpoint. In 2024, she offered a pilot session on
“Build a Better Brain Series”, and corporate talk on “From Burnout to Brilliant Resilience”,
discussing stress management and resilience in the workplace.
Sandi specializes in taking complex information and breaking it down into digestible,
understandable and actionable material – helping people execute daily actions to reach their
goals and desires. She weaves a combination of scientific, quantum consciousness, sacred
geometry, functional anatomy, and Indigenous-informed universal principles in an enlightening
and uplifting manner. She likes people to understand the overall concept of ‘right relation’ in
how to make their individual health and wellness the best it can be, thus contributing to the
health and wellness of the world.
Sandi is available for public speaking, workshops and retreats. Please contact her if you or your
organization is interested. She is a dynamic motivational inspiring and laughter provoking
speaker. As necessary, she will develop a talk or event which matches your unique needs.
